Caring For Your Sterling Silver

To preserve the shine on your silver avoid contact with ammonia, alcohol, fingernail polish remover or turpentine. Dip cleaners work for the first few times but it puts a layer on the silver and can discolour stones and shell. Toothpaste is also not a good idea as it is too abrasive.
